A Tribute to Mahatma Gandhi An interclass activity was conducted to pay tribute to Mahatma Gandhi on 29th April 2015 during the school assembly to commemorate the 20th anniversary of FAIPS-DPS. The essence of the whole program was to depict life of Mahatma from his birth to his rebirth, with specific projection of Dandi March, Quit India Movement, Non Co-operation Movement and other important incidents from his life. The relevance of his teachings in today's world was very impressively performed by the student of class VI to X and was thoroughly enjoyed by the audience. The brilliantly choreographed program gave hope and ensured that the ideals of Gandhiji never died with him but rather lived on eternally. The show gave inspiration not only to the elders watching but also to all the children regardless of their age. Dance lovers thoroughly loved the dance performed by the skilled dancers of FAIPS, leaving them asking for more. The programme ended with a huge round of applause for all the participants. This marvellous assembly was due to the collective efforts of the students, teachers, volunteers and the parents who worked hard to make this show a grand success.
